"Started with Ross in January to increase my leg strength, core strength and overall stamina for road cycling with a target set for July. The training exercises have been focused on all the areas for me to reach my aim, with a previous back injury to protect but also strengthen. Ross pushes you to achieve what he thinks you are capable of but never to point that will cause injury, the saying no pain no gain, the first couple of sessions did have some pain only cos muscles and areas work had laid inactive. Would recommend Ross and will certainly be booking another block of sessions to get to my target."

Stacey has an ongoing goal, which is really important for losing weight as there is no quick fix. As far as "weight" goes, she has only lost 7lbs BUT her body composition has changed massively. That's 7lbs of bodyfat, but better yet she has lowered her bodyfat by 7% and has built an impressive amount of muscle.

Ross to me has been invaluable - I went to him with no confidence, an ACL Reconstruction, 18 stone of weight and ridiculous levels of both visceral and body fat. From day one he was honest about the journey and what I needed to do whilst providing nutritional advice.
Week by week I've grown in confidence and strength - I've lost 1.5 stone, 6 inches around my middle, visceral fat now at healthy levels all while increased muscle mass around my legs and arms.
His knowledge, patience and motivation during his sessions is amazing - I cannot recommend Ross enough, honestly he's done more for me than he knows. Don't bother looking for any other PT in Shrewsbury - he's professional, invested, passionate about helping you and driven for you to succeed. Thank you so much for everything you've helped me with.

Well what can I say, I've loved going to the gym and my pt sessions with Ross. His knowledge is fantastic and so encouraging. I recently had an injury which was absolutely agonising. Ross is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the body it is unreal. He soon identified what the problem was and never stopped helping me. It has taken 10 weeks of his hard work to get me good again. I look forward to getting back up full strength in the gym soon.
